To make the crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well until combined.
Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use the back of a mug to press down on the crust.
Make the filling:
In a separate bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Add the chocolate chips, toffee bits, pecans (if using), and vanilla. Mix gently until all ingredients are combined.
Pour the filling evenly over the prepared crust, making sure to spread it out.
