Step #2: Facial Icing with Rice Starch Water
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of starch water (the water left after cooking rice)
- 1 tablespoon Rose Water
- Oil from 1 Vitamin E capsule
Instructions:
- Collect the starch water left after cooking rice (it’s packed with nutrients for your skin).
- Add 1 tablespoon of rose water and the oil from 1 Vitamin E capsule to the starch water.
- Mix the ingredients well and transfer the mixture into an ice tray.
- Freeze the mixture to make rice water ice cubes.
- Once frozen, take 1 ice cube from the tray and wrap it in a thin cotton cloth.
- Gently massage the cloth-wrapped ice cube on your face for about 5 minutes, focusing on areas with enlarged pores.
Tip: You can repeat this step daily to help tighten and refresh your skin.
