π For the cake:

β’ 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar

β’ 2 large eggs (at room temperature)

β’ 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy cream
β’ 1/3 cup (40 g) powdered sugar
β’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β’ 1/2 teaspoon orange extract (or 1β2 tablespoons orange juice)
