Orange Creamsicle Cake – Full Recipe

Soft orange cake + light vanilla cream for a true “Creamsicle” flavor!

Ingredients

🍊 For the cake:
β€’ 2 cups (250 g) flour
β€’ 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
β€’ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
β€’ 1/4 teaspoon salt
β€’ 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
β€’ 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
β€’ 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
β€’ 1 cup (240 ml) fresh orange juice
β€’ 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
β€’ 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
β€’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β€’ 1/2 teaspoon orange flavoring (optional but gives great results)

β€’ 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
β€’ 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
β€’ 1 teaspoon vanilla

☁️ Vanilla-Orange Cream (Creamsicle Frosting):
β€’ 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy cream
β€’ 1/3 cup (40 g) powdered sugar
β€’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β€’ 1/2 teaspoon orange extract (or 1–2 tablespoons orange juice)
β€’ 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
