ORIGINAL BAGUETTE BREAD

Ingredients

  • 500 g of common wheat flour
  • 330 ml of water
  • 5 g dry baker’s yeast or 15 g fresh yeast
  • 10 g of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the Yeast and Water:
    • In a bowl, mix the lukewarm water with the yeast. Using lukewarm water helps the yeast dissolve faster and more effectively, jumpstarting the fermentation process.
