Preheat Oven & Prep Sheet
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Filling
In a bowl, mix together:
Shredded Gruyère
Softened cream cheese
Chopped chives
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix until creamy and uniform.
Stuff Croissants
Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll & Arrange
Roll up tightly from wide end to narrow tip.
Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Egg Wash & Bake
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown, puffed, and the filling is melted.
Cool & Serve
Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
Serve warm and enjoy!
