Pancreatic cancer: These 10 signs can help you detect it (don’t ignore them) (Page 2 ) | November 15, 2025

👁️💛 Your eyes and skin are yellow (3/12)
Yellowing of the whites of the eyes and skin is never a good sign ⚠️.
It can be a symptom of:

  • alcoholism🍷

  • liver failure🫀

  • or pancreatic cancer🧫

🧠Explanation: Many pancreatic tumors occur in the head of the pancreas, near the bile ducts.
Even a small tumor can block the bile duct, preventing bile from flushing out bilirubin, a waste product of red blood cells.
👉Result: Bilirubin buildup → jaundice and yellowing of the eyes.

🤰 You look like you’re 4 months pregnant (4/12).
A bloated belly after eating is normal. But if it lasts for several days, be careful!⚠️

“As pancreatic tumors grow, they can cause abdominal distension,” explains Dr. Bilchik.

It’s often one of the first signs, but it’s rarely taken seriously.
👩‍⚕️Get checked out: it’s probably not cancer, but it can happen.
💬Prevention is better than cure!
