1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the sauce on the bottom.
3. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
5. Add a layer of the meat mixture, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
6. Repeat the layers: sauce, noodles, ricotta, meat, and cheese.
7. Finish with a final layer of noodles, sauce, and a generous topping of cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
Step 5: Bake the Lasagna
1. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
2. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
3. Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
