Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 ½ cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced

For the Peach Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2–3 tbsp peach juice or milk

  • Sliced fresh peaches (for garnish, optional)
