Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
4. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the batter, then sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups on top.
5. Pour the remaining cake batter over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
6. Top with the remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired, and serve warm.
