Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack for a milder flavor)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup red pepper jelly (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Step 2: Prepare the Cheese Mixture
