- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add rosemary and mint leaves.
- Turn off the heat, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Strain and drink warm, preferably twice a day, for at least 3 weeks.
It can also be used externally: prepare a more concentrated infusion, soak a clean cloth in it and apply it as a hot compress to the painful area.
