Ingredients:
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
8 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Biscuits:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the Pillsbury biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.
Stuff the Cheese:
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of each cheese-stuffed biscuit.
Bake the Cheese Bombs:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.
Garnish:
After baking, brush with any remaining garlic butter.
Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Serve:
Serve the cheese bombs warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
