Instructions:
1. Optional crust
Crush graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 dish. Chill while preparing filling.
2. Cream layer
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
Stir in the pudding mix and pineapple (with juice). Mix until combined.
3. Whipped topping
Fold in whipped topping (Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream) until light and fluffy.
4. Assemble
Spread mixture over the crust (or directly in the pan if skipping crust).
