Directions:

Fold in the crushed pineapple.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool for about 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
Make the Pineapple Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and pineapple juice until smooth.
Glaze and Decorate:
Once the cake is completely cooled, drizzle the pineapple glaze over the top.
Garnish with pineapple chunks if desired.

Tips:
