Today, I want to share with you my recipe for Easy Bread, a simple and delightful creation that requires minimal effort but delivers maximum satisfaction. Trust me when I say that once you’ve tasted the homemade goodness of this bread, you’ll never settle for store-bought again.
During the Great Depression, my resourceful grandmother found a way to support her family by baking and selling homemade bread (using the recipe below). Despite the challenging times, she diligently prepared the dough every morning, using carefully measured ingredients and her skilled hands to create delicious loaves. The mouthwatering aroma attracted customers from the community, eager to purchase her bread and help sustain her family. Grandma’s unwavering dedication and the success of her bread became symbols of resilience, inspiring others and leaving a lasting legacy within our family.
