Use a tree cookie cutter to cut out as many trees as possible from your pastry sheet.
Place the cut trees on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Spread pizza sauce over each tree, sprinkle with cheese, and top with a few slices of pepperoni and pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 10 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Best served immediately.
TIPS:
These mini pizzas are versatile; feel free to use your preferred ingredients.
Use any pizza sauce or consider pesto as an alternative. For homemade pizza sauce, combine 1 tbsp dried oregano, 4 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp olive oil (optional), and 2 minced garlic cloves.
The puff pastry will rise in the oven but may deflate slightly after being taken out.
The tree cutter used here is 3 inches long and 2.4 inches wide at the widest part.
