  • 1 packet (about 2 tsp) baking powder

For the Filling:

  • 150g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 500g quark (or ricotta/cottage cheese as alternatives)
  • 200g sweet cream (heavy cream)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (about 2 tsp, or use 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 70g butter, melted
