Plum Crumble Cake Recipe

Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 10-12 fresh plums, halved and pitted
  • 160 g sugar (about 3/4 cup)
  • 100 g butter (about 1/2 cup), softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100 g yogurt or sour cream (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 280 g all-purpose flour (about 2 1/4 cups)

For the Crumble Topping:

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 40 g butter (about 3 tablespoons), cold
