Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Layer Potatoes
In a greased baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes evenly across the bottom.
3. Prepare the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine:

Onion soup mix Stir until smooth.
4. Add Pork Chops
Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then lay them over the potatoes.
5. Pour & Bake
Pour the soup mixture over everything in the dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and chops are golden on top.
