METHOD
– Peel, cut and Boil potatoes in salt water until soft when you poke with a fork, set them aside and let them cool
– Boil Eggs for a few minutes,, after boiling put them in cold water
– Cut your cucumber, Vienna,Red pepper into small pieces.
– Grate your carrots
– Remove shells from your eggs and Cut into small pieces
– In a bowl add potatoes,Eggs, Cucumber,red pepper,carrots, Viennas , Mayonnaise and 1000 Island creamy salad dressing and mix 😋
