1 kg boiled potatoes
2 egg yolks
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
100 g grated parmesan
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs (amount needed to coat)
1 block of mozzarella cheese
