1/4 cup (30g) butter
1.1 lbs (500g) potatoes, peeled and mashed

1/2 lb (250g) ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp rosemary, chopped

1/2 cup (60g) butter
1 cup (200ml) cream
