How to Make the Parsley & Lemon Liver Cleanse Drink
Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh parsley
1 lemon (organic, if possible)
1 cup of warm water
½ teaspoon of grated ginger (optional, for extra cleansing power)
1 teaspoon of honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions:
Chop the parsley finely and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
