Ingredients:
200 grams fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup sparkling water
7 teaspoons organic honey
2 cups filtered water
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring the filtered water to a boil.

4. Strain out the ginger solids.
