- Seal the jars hermetically, leaving a free edge at the top.
- Wrap the glass jars in two towels and set them aside.
- Let them cool at room temperature for 24 hours.
Following these steps, you can successfully preserve fruit for up to 12 months, offering a fresh and convenient alternative to refrigeration
