Blend the Batter

Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly coat it with cooking spray or a little oil to prevent sticking.
Cook the Pancakes
Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges begin to set. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
