1 packet of onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
Directions
1. Place the pork chops at the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix together the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture over the pork chops, ensuring they are well covered.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
5. Once done, serve the pork chops with the gravy from the slow cooker.
Variations & Tips
For a twist, add sliced mushrooms or a chopped onion to the slow cooker for extra flavor. If you prefer a thicker gravy, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with a little water and stir it into the sauce about 30 minutes before serving. You can also substitute the cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken soup for a different taste. For those who enjoy a bit of spice, a pinch of red pepper flakes can add a gentle kick to the dish.
