Place the seared pork roast in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix the onion soup mix with the chicken broth and minced garlic. Pour the mixture over the pork roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker before serving.
