Recipe 1: Tuna Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients: Start by chopping the onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Drain the canned tuna and set it aside.
- Cook the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the Rice and Tuna: Add the cooked rice and drained tuna to the pan. Stir everything together, breaking up any clumps of rice.
- Season and Cook: Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir well. If you like, you can push the rice to one side of the pan and scramble an egg on the other side before mixing it all together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious tuna fried rice!
