Instructions:

Add the yogurt and oil; mix well.
Gradually add the flour and baking powder; knead until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough and cut out donut shapes using a glass and a smaller object to create holes.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the donuts until golden brown, turning them once.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar or dip in melted chocolate.
