1 pack of penne or other of your choice
A packet of prepared tomato sauce
1 can of cream
100 g of cottage cheese
a finely chopped onion
3 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of parsley
A pinch of salt
HOW TO PREPARE QUICK NOODLES IN THE PRESSURE COOKER
In a pressure cooker, put 4 cups of water, let it boil.
Then add the pasta, stir from time to time so that it does not stick, then add the sauce, onion and garlic.
Shortly after, cover and let apply pressure.
When it starts to make noise, count three minutes, release the pressure and add the cream, curd, parsley and salt.
Put it in a refractory and sprinkle with cheese on top. You will have delicious pasta that you can accompany with meat and a simple salad.
