Filling:
1 egg white
1 c. raspberries-washed and well drained
¼ c. sugar
8 ounces cream cheese-softened

Cake:
5.5 tbsp unsalted butter- softened
1 and ½ c. all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ c. sugar
¾ c. sour cream
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg + 1 egg yolk

Streusel topping:
3 tbsp butter-chilled and cubed
½ c. flour
⅓ c. sugar
