You need 250g (half icing sugar – half almond powder),
100g icing sugar,
100g egg whites,
25g caster sugar,
red powdered food coloring.
For the TaGada ganache:
50 cl of whipping cream,
100 g of Tagada strawberries (the red one),
1 sheet of gelatin (2 g)
, and 200 g of pink colored sugar.
Start by preparing the ganache and setting it aside:
Preparation of Macaron Recipe:
Boil the cream in a saucepan, add the Tagada and let it melt, then add the gelatin and mix. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
