One tablespoon of salt
Three tablespoons of olive oil
One teaspoon of vegetable oil

One sliced red bell pepper
One chopped green pepper
One big carrot, chopped
300 g of minced meat (mixture, beef, or pork)
Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
One teaspoon of paprika
Two tablespoons of tomato sauce
100 grams of grated cheddar cheese and 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
