How to prepare rice water?

  • Rinsing rice  : Take  100 g of white rice  and rinse it thoroughly to remove impurities.
  • Soaking  : Place the rice in a bowl with  500 ml of water  and let it soak for  15 to 30 minutes . This step allows the water to become enriched with nutrients.
  • Extraction  : Gently stir the rice, then strain the water into a clean container. Store  in the refrigerator for up to a week .

Gentle cleansing according to your skin type

  • For dry skin  :
    Mix  one tablespoon of whole milk  with  one tablespoon of rice water . Apply with a cotton pad, leave on for  5 minutes  then rinse with cold water. The nourishing milk helps soothe tightness.
  • For oily skin  :
    Opt for a mixture  of rice water and orange blossom water in equal parts . This helps balance sebum while providing natural freshness.
