Step-by-Step Directions
1. Bloom the Gelatin
In a small bowl, mix 60 g gelatin with 100 ml cold water.
Let sit 10–15 minutes until spongy.
2. Prepare the Milk Mixture
In a saucepan, combine 400 ml milk and 200 ml condensed milk.
Heat over medium (do not boil), stirring constantly.
Once warm, add bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
Set aside to cool slightly.
3. Prepare the Fruits
Peel and segment oranges, removing seeds and membranes.
Slice strawberries, kiwis, and banana into bite-sized pieces.
4. Layer the Dessert
In a mold or glass dish, arrange fruits in layers:
Start with oranges, then strawberries, kiwi, and banana.
Pour cooled milk gelatin mixture over the fruits until covered.
Gently tap the mold to remove air bubbles.
5. Chill the Jelly
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.
6. Prepare the Glaze
In a blender or small saucepan, combine:
Blended strawberries
Juice of ½ lemon
A splash of water
Sugar to taste
Fresh mint leaves
Optionally add strawberry syrup for color.
Chill until ready to serve.
7. Serve
Carefully unmold the jelly onto a plate.
Spoon glaze over the top or serve on the side.
Garnish with fresh mint and extra fruit.
Serve chilled.
