A homemade rice face cream, easy to make
No need to travel the world to try this Japanese-inspired treatment.
Ingredients :

- 2 tablespoons of white rice
- 3 vitamin E capsules (available in pharmacies or health food stores)
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin
- ¼ teaspoon of aloe vera gel
Preparation, step by step:
- Soak the rice thoroughly in cold water to get rid of any impurities.
- Rinse it overnight in a bowl of water.
- The next day, cook the rice until tender.
- Mash it with a potato masher or blender, then pass the combination through a fine sieve to obtain a smooth paste.
- Add the oil extracted from the vitamin E capsules, vegetable glycerin, and aloe vera gel.
- Blend thoroughly until you get a smooth cream.
- Storage : put the cream in a small airtight jar in the refrigerator for a maximum of 4 to 5 days .
How to apply it for velvety soft skin?
- Use this cream in the evening to clean, dry skin .
- Rub gently with your fingertips, centering on areas prone to the first wrinkles or a dull complexion: forehead, eye area, cheeks, etc. This massage encourages microcirculation and enhances the absorption of natural active ingredients.
- Bonus: this cream leaves an immediate feeling of comfort, without a shiny film.
