The benefits of rice kvass
After 2-3 weeks of regular consumption of rice kvass, significant changes will be noticeable.

The recipe for making rice kvass

3) Soak for 4 days. Then strain and store the strained drink in the refrigerator.

5) For the next portion, add 2 tablespoons of rice, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 raisins.
As you can see, kvass is reusable.
The second time, the kvass will have a more intense taste.
For further preparation, you need to discard half of the mixture and add a few spoons of rice and sugar with raisins.
One course of treatment lasts up to 5 weeks, taking half a glass three times a day after meals.
