1. Melt the butter and mix with the vanilla sugar and caster sugar.
2. Add the mixture to the ricotta and mix everything together to obtain a cream.
3. Melt the chocolate and brush it into the molds to create the cape, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
4. Stuff and cover the other chocolate in the refrigerator for an hour
