Step-by-step preparation
1. Prepare the dough
In a large bowl, mix the ricotta with the sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.

2. Fill the molds and cook
Preheat oven to 180°C .
Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
Pour the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full .

Do the toothpick test: if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
3. Cooling and decoration
Let the muffins cool on a wire rack.
Dust with icing sugar before serving.
