Instructions
1. Preheat
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prep the vegetables
Spread potatoes, carrots, and green beans on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Toss until well coated.
3. Roast
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway.
Potatoes should be crisp on the edges, carrots tender, and green beans slightly blistered.
4. Serve
