Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
If using fresh green beans, blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain. If canned, drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven, add the green beans and chopped bacon, mixing them lightly with the potatoes.
Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and tender, and the bacon is crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
