Ingredients:

4 large red bell peppers, halved and seeded

1 cup (200 g) orzo pasta

2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil

1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup (30 g) feta cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice

1 tbsp (5 g) lemon zest

2 tbsp (10 g) fresh basil, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste
