Rotel Chicken Pasta

Add Veggies: Stir in the diced vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until softened. Then, add the chopped spinach and the can of Rotel, cooking until the spinach wilts.

Combine Everything: Lower the heat and add the cheese sauce to the skillet, stirring until everything is well combined. Gently fold in the cooked pasta until evenly coated.

Top and Serve: Transfer the pasta mixture to a serving dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crushed Doritos if using. Serve warm and enjoy this creamy, flavorful dish!
