Peel the pear and cut it into slices. Cut the oranges in slices.
Arrange the quails in a baking dish. Add the fruit slices and rosemary.
In a small bowl, mix honey and spice syrup. Tame the quails with this mixture.
Pour the poultry broth into the dish, then bake for 30 minutes. Water the quails regularly with cooking juice.
Serve the quails with melting fruits and lacquered juice.
