• 1 pound ground beef
• ⅓ cup bread crumbs
• 2 teaspoons ketchup
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder – optional, use if not doing onion in gravy
Gravy:
• 1 onion – small
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 2 cups beef broth
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon ketchup
• ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
