Directions:
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and melted butter.
Mix until a sticky dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough, divide it in half, and shape into loaves. Place into greased or parchment-lined loaf pans.
Cover and let rise again for 30-40 minutes until puffy. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.

Tips:
For extra soft bread, brush the tops with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
Use bread flour instead of all-purpose for a chewier texture.
