- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and add them to the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreddable.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and stir the shredded chicken back into the sauce in the crockpot.
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the crockpot, stirring to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Let the mixture cook for an additional 15-20 minutes on low, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors.
