Stir in the chopped onion and cook until soft and fragrant (about 3 minutes).

Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped cabbage, potatoes, and carrots, stirring to combine.
3️⃣ Pour in the Broth & Simmer
Pour in the chicken broth, ensuring the veggies are mostly submerged.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 30–35 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
4️⃣ Taste & Serve!
Adjust seasoning with extra salt & pepper if needed.
