1. Cut the cabbage into quarters, peel the potatoes and carrots.
2. In a large casserole dish, brown the chopped onion and garlic.
3. Add the sausages, brown them lightly.
4. Stir in the cabbage, potatoes, carrots and bouquet garni.
5. Cover with water, salt, pepper and simmer over low heat for 1h30.
